Totally recommend Celebrity. In many ways the best cruise we have ever been on. Service was excellent. Most passengers were seniors, which for us, was good. Very few children. Also good. Disappointed with the islands. Only Barbados was up to expectations. We thought eastern Caribbean would be a little more upscale. Two out of Five excursions were very good. Barbados and Antigua.

Overall the ship was beautiful, food was very good in both specialty and complimentary dining rooms. We enjoyed the trivia games and the entertainment that we went to. Nice mix of sea days and ports. Main complaint was that the Infinite Veranda window was NEVER cleaned. Dirty on Day 1 and stayed that way. Steward asked twice and management told her we were on the list to be cleaned but it never happened. Very disappointed that we had no clear view unless we put the window down which we did in order to take clear photos. Will not get that type balcony ever again. The Cartagena Roadster tour was a little disappointing since we thought we'd be IN the roadsters for the tour but had to walk first and visit an emerald place that was mostly a shopping stop before ever getting in a roadster. After getting the car we basically retook the walking/bus tour and the guide reiterated a lot of the same info. Should have been in the roadsters from the start. The meal at the end was very good so that was a plus, and driving through Getsemani was fun. Our ship tour in Bonaire was very odd. Windows were small with pulled back curtains, a very obscured view on both sides. We weren't allowed out of the bus to take photos of the flamingos so people were passing their phones across the aisle so those of us on the left side of the bus could take photos for them. Large unobscured windows would have been much better. It was a relaxing cruise with many sea days which we enjoy, there was always something to do if we wanted to do it.

The staff we interacted with were just outstanding. The cabin steward, Agus, could not have been more helpful. Arvin and his staff in the Normandie restaurant did a fabulous job. We witnessed some guests that were not easy to please, and the staff handled them with patience and respect. I would not have been as kind. The sights we saw were very good but really the staff on the ship made the trip

We were so impressed by everything on the Celebrity Beyond. The staff without exception was friendly and attentive to any need. Each staff member seemed to be happy to be there. The food was simply wonderful. Every meal was gourmet. I must give a special shout out to the Eden restaurant for serving us the best meal I have ever had (Im 74 and have eaten all over the world in many fine restaurants!). We were consistently amazed with the efficiency of each and every crew member working to make everything perfect. The Beyond ship is like the workings of the highest end watch, everything working together to run perfectly. The entertainment was fantastic! Such talented people. We will definitely be sailing again on this beautiful ship.

Pros: Food was great! Buffets in the cafe were well organized. We had one server for dinner in one restaurant and she was great.

We felt that we should not have to wait in line for dinner. The wait in the theater for numbers to be called for excursions was endless. One excursion was 45 minutes late and we came early so we were waiting about an hour and a half. We did not like the "inside" balcony. I like to spend time reading on an outside balcony where there is no noise from the pool and I can enjoy the fresh air.

This was my first Celebrity experience. Appreciated opportunity to enjoy table for two with my friend instead of previous experience on other lines being expected to dine with six or eight strangers. The Buffet had a wide selection of various world cuisines with items changing daily. We enjoyed the adult only pool solarium lounges and thermal spa offerings. Will definitely have Jodi help plan future sailings on Celebrity.

The Celebrity Beyond is a fantastic and beautiful ship filled with the most attentive, polite, friendly, and caring crew members I’ve ever encountered on a cruise! The Captain, Captain Kate, is so awesome as well. She is always out and about around the ship whenever she can and will stop and take pictures with the cruise guests every single time. There are so many areas to explore on board and the theatre and the entertainment there is fantastic too. The dining venues are beautiful, the shopping is top tier, and I highly recommend Celebrity Cruises and the Beyond to anyone who wants to be pampered on a daily basis!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time on our ABC cruise. We loved the Sea . The problem was there were no clocks anywhere . This made it very difficult to time yourself especially if you had a massage or facial scheduled. We had a suite which was lovely, but there wasn't anyplace to hang up cldothes which were damp or wet. Hooks were needed for clothes, hats, purses . The staff were wonderful, food yummy, shows weregreat,, and the ship was beautiful.

A Gorgeous Ship and the ABCs

The Celebrity Beyond is a beautiful ship. So much art! The crew is fabulous! If you're lucky enough to sail with Captain Kate, don't miss her doing the Martini Bar show, her Oceans Away presentation, and Bug Naked trivia!! The only slight negatives were 1) the Production Show case had just handed over even though they were not ready to do all their shows so we only got 2 of the 3 (I'm used to another line (starts with Dis and ends in ney) where they'd never dream of handing over to a cast not ready to perform all their shows); and 2) the gluten-free bread station was not always staffed, which was especially problematic at breakfast as that is who would need to make gluten-free toast...the crew member there walked away one morning and I figured they would be right back, 10 minutes later they had still not returned. BUT the Eden cast and their shows were amazing (get there EARLY!) and the rest of the gluten-free food situation was fine.

Pros: Outside veranda stateroom views especially at sunrise and sunset! Amazing ports and excursions offered. Onboard activities for everyone. So many restaurant choices with great food and drinks. Friendly staff and the best service. Fabulous entertainment options, shows, productions, music, comedians and magicians. Big enough ship you can find space to relax alone or with friends.

We loved the option of having flights, transfers and the cruise organized through Celebrity because it gave us extra peace of mind knowing that their guarantee came with the booking. As soon as we stepped off the airplane in Rome we were greeted and taken care of by a Celebrity representative. Boarding and living on this all-inclusive hotel at sea for ten nights/eleven days is the best vacation offering anything you would ever want… relaxation & spa time, exercise, pools & jacuzzis, entertainment, so much food & so many drink options, views with sunrises & sunsets, waking up each morning somewhere new and exciting with excursion opportunities & on board activities for everyone. It’s an experience and an adventure and the best way to make forever memories!

Very nice ship, but just too big for me. The select dining worked well, but the menus in the four dining rooms were limited and unchanging. The stateroom lacked expected amenities -- slippers, hairdryer, stationary, pen. Ship's shore excursion didn't match descriptions. Shore excursions best described as long bus rides with limited time at destination.

We sailed on a ship with 3100 people and it never felt crowded.

Pros: The theater was spectacular and the production shows took full advantage of the multimedia capabilities. We loved the infinite veranda - especially at night with the window open.

Cons: The food quality and selection was not up to the standards that we have previously experienced on Celebrity. Did not like that there were only three unique entree options each night. The music played in the Grand Foyer area was way too loud to have an enjoyable evening. Conversations were not possible.

We have sailed on Celebrity many times in the past. Unfortunately, on this ship it seemed like the entire vibe was different. I am hoping that this pertains to just this ship or the Edge class of ships and the rest of the fleet is as we remember it.

I don't understand why they have 4 main restaurants withe almost the exact same menu every night. If there are a few items you don't like or if you have a dietary restriction, you end up eating the same thing night after night. The buffet at dinner was lacking. Only half the stations were open. The infinite veranda was just a fancy name for a window that opens half way from the top. No ability to actually go outside.

Best entertainment I ever saw on a cruise ship. State of the art theatre and 3 mind blowing production shows. Amazing pianist, magician and a comedian that was actually funny. Not a fan of the stateroom with what is supposed to be a balcony but is really an extension of the room with French doors and a window that opens buts cuts the ac when opened a crack. Also storage is limited with maybe 6 inches between the bed and closet. Food excellent although menus are not that extensive. Plenty of seating in buffet as well. Embarkation very easy. Ship mammoth but tasteful and not built as a quasi amusement park or shopping mall. Some staff new and experienced. The male captain was part of 2 theatre experiences and was incredibly funny. The new female captain was actually a passenger but appeared on stage in a trivia contest with and about her cat bug naked.
