GUARANTEE POLICY:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or the reservation will automatically be released. The hotel is entitled to pre-authorize the full reservation amount at the time of booking based.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations and changes must be received by 6:00 pm Prague time on the day of arrival, or one night’s room rate plus applicable tax will be billed to the booking credit card, and/or deposit(s) received for reservation will be retained by the Hotel.
